Tammy is a 30-year-old mother of 2 who has been working for a law firm for 2 months. She has recently graduated and is now ready for the work life and all its challenges. Her parents and aunts have been very supportive and lend a hand when she needs help.

The demands of work challenge Tammy to work long hours and she has noticed her suits fitting a little less well as she has started to gain weight. She has been eating out a great deal and has hired you to help her gain more control of her health and energy as she balances the multiple stressors of life.
