A case study is the examination of a particular person, group, or community. In this specific assignment, you will be observing the relationship between patient outcomes and one of the techniques learned in this course. Please select a patient with a musculoskeletal diagnosis that can benefit from one of these techniques and base your case study on this.

Your case study should include the following sections:

B) Introduction

C) Patient description

D) Intervention description

E) Outcomes

F) Discussion

G) References 

If possible, please try to use and include outcome measures to obtain numerical data for patient progressions. If needed, please feel free to include tables and figures in your outcomes section.
