 “Criminal minds” I reflect on organizations I have audited over many years and what key factor(s) mitigated the risk of fraud and ensured best practices were followed. The strongest of those organizations had great leaders (Executive Directors, Presidents, etc.) who were active in day to day activities. They knew what was happening within the organizations they lead. Additional great oversight was present with Board of Directors. So as you review “Criminal minds” think of places you have worked or organizations you have been associated with and think of what message is delivered from those at the top?
