Now that you have revised your problem space and identified either variables or a phenomenon from your problem space, you need to revise the research questions (RQs) you submitted in RES-831 and/or RSD-851. In this assignment, you will revise and focus your research questions to align with the problem statement you presented in the previous assignment in this course. You will also provide a theoretical foundation or conceptual framework that will ground your study.

Write a paper (1,250-1,500 words) revising your research questions and providing a theoretical foundation or conceptual framework to ground your study. Depending on your topic, use either the qualitative or quantitative directions below. Hint: Review relevant literature and theories that provide a foundation for understanding the problem qualitative Topics

Restate the problem statement and the phenomenon for your proposed topic.

State the research questions and defend how these questions address the problem statement and phenomenon identified in the problem statement. How might the answers to these research questions inform the problem space?

Outline the key concepts or constructs included in the theoretical foundation or conceptual framework.

Explain how the theory(ies) or conceptual framework guide the research topic identified from the problem space.

Defend why this theoretical foundation or conceptual framework was selected over other alternatives.

Clarify the relationships or connections between these components and how they contribute to understanding the research phenomenon.
