Act as if you are doing a research project on the gym, people gym habits, routines, fitness journeys.

Every week try spending 1-2 hours in the field to do indirect and participant observations.

This milestone will require you to submit your informal fieldnotes as you did before.

You will also include any progress you made on your research. For instance if you have conducted more interviews include a summary of how they went and/or notes from each interview conducted.

There is no required format for submitting your fieldnotes and/or your progress report. You can tailor them as you want. Just make sure you show enough evidence that you are continuing conducting fieldwork and making progress towards your Final Project.
