Spend only a paragraph discussing the issue. Main points should be about your solution. Spend the entire script discussing different parts of the solution and providing evidence (your research) to support that solution. Start and end strong. Spend time making these 2 elements strong — Don’t start with “Today, I will be discussing…” and end with “In conclusion…” These are weak statements and demonstrate that you did not spend time perfectly these areas of your script. Spend just as much time on the beginning and end, as you do with the body of the script.
