Criminal Justice: 683 6-2 Raw Data Reasoning

In this assignment, you will explain how you use raw data strategies to analyze the data and draw conclusions. This assignment is due at the end of the module and offers you the chance to get feedback from your instructor about your thought processes relative to the intelligence report. Prompt: In this assignment, you will explain how you use three different strategies to analyze the raw data (from the Raw Data and Information document) and draw conclusions for your intelligence report, which is the second of the two final projects. The three specific raw data techniques you should focus on are link analysis, telephone analysis, and event charting. Remember, the goal of this assignment is to draw out your thinking in sufficient detail so your instructor can understand your thought processes. Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

I. Using Strategies: Explain with thorough detail how you use the three identified strategies (link analysis, telephone analysis, and event charting) to analyze the raw data related to the final project scenario. How do you choose the appropriate strategy to analyze the raw data?

II. Drawing Conclusions: Explain how you draw conclusions for your intelligence report based on your analysis of the raw data. What do you know, and how do you know it?

III. Offering Examples: Use at least one example to illustrate how you draw conclusions for the intelligence report from your analysis of the raw data. Rubric Guidelines for Submission: Your paper should be 2 pages in length and submitted as a Microsoft Word document with headings, double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. All sources used should be cited in APA format.
