For this project, you will be tasked with creating a sports event which you can sell to sponsors. You are encouraged to be creative in the type of event you are trying to create.

The sports event or property can be a spectator sport or a participation sport.

For this project you will be responsible for:

(1) a copy of PowerPoint with 15 slides at minimum

(2) Minimum 5-page, double-spaced written report using proper APA format. Items that should be included in presentation can include but is not limited too: Type of event, history of the event, the purpose of the event, the potential for growth, why it will be successful, data as to why a sponsor should sign on, event logistics, etc. You are encouraged to be very creative. This is an opportunity for you as future sports management professionals to create an event you think will be the most successful.
