Begin with an introduction of the group you have selected and talk about the stressors that are particular to this group (About two paragraphs). 2. Discuss biological/disease impact of these stressors, for example, hypertension, substance abuse, etc. (about 2-3 paragraphs). 3. Review stress management interventions in the literature and discuss the extent to which these interventions have been successful or not with this group. You should provide some numerical data in this section, as well as describe overall outcomes (1-2 pages). o In this section, discuss at least THREE peer-reviewed articles that cover this topic. You should be clear about what specific group is receiving the intervention in each article o Do not simply summarize one article per paragraph. Each paragraph should cover the issues that are addressed in the intervention and the outcomes with this group. Unless it’s critical to our understanding, do not include # participants, methods, etc., of the studies you include. 4. Write a one paragraph summary of your findings. 5. In your last paragraph, put yourself in the position of a psychologist who has to work with this particular group. What would be the challenges you would personally face in working with this particular group. This is the only place where you can use personal pronouns (e.g., I, we, etc.).
