Strategy Mapping

Explain the process of strategy mapping and how it relates to performance management and establishing value propositions. Use the Glacier Inn case study presented in Armitage and Scholey (2009) to serve as an example for integrating these ideas. Additional Instructions: THE PAPER AND LANGUAGE MUST FLOW AND BE EASILY READABLE IN AMERICAN ENGLISH. Two spaces shall be used after each full stop (period). You must include a list of references. APA formatting is required. There must be at least three (3) reputable sources cited and referenced in the paper. All work must be written in your own words; do not paste sections of text into the essay.
