Second, it requires you to write about a leadership topic that is of interest to your Leadership Plan (e.g., why eliminating microaggressions is important to fostering diversity, how to best motivate employees, when leadership style ___ is the most effective…). This white paper should be of sufficient quality to include in your e-portfolios.
