Diabetes is undoubtedly a health pandemic, as millions of people die from diabetes each year. However, type 2 diabetes can be managed with lifestyle changes such as a better diet and more exercise. Hemoglobin AC1 levels help identify diabetics. This study aims to test whether lowering AC1 levels in adults through lifestyle changes helps control diabetes in these individuals. The action plan to lower the AIC level of the selected population is to carry out a comprehensive nursing visit. With more visits, it is possible to connect with these individuals and support their attempts to achieve their goals (Ngandu et al., 2015). By maintaining the motivation of these individuals, you can avoid terminating the program prematurely or feeling the need to lie about your lifestyle. Ultimately, the results will be more reliable.
