Sexual abuse of female workers in their workplaces has been a severe societal problem globally. Not much progress has been realized besides the many efforts to deal with the problem from all corners. This is extremely important to me mainly because it aligns with my professional goal of contributing to creating a safe working environment for all workers, regardless of their gender.
