We, as consumers, are inundated with new health information, products, and services. This can be a great thing. We live in a society where we have access to more information quicker than ever before.  Unfortunately, the downside to this age of instant information and the use of social media platform is that there are some pseudo-scientists, advertisers, fake journalists/news, and a multitude of promoters spreading vast amounts of misinformation to the public.  This can be dangerous, especially when it is regarding health-related topics, products, and services. Discuss one of the misconceptions consumers often have using the ‘Myths and Facts about Nutrition and Physical Activity’ link.
